When should I arrive?

If you don't reside in Bengaluru, plan to arrive by June 25th. We have arranged accommodation for out-of-town guests from the 25th to the 27th. The event is on June 26th and starts at 5:00 PM.

Where am I staying?

We'll be working on accommodations for all guests as per their RSVP. Please RSVP at the earliest so we can plan well. Details will be updated here as we get closer to the event.

What is the event schedule?

How do I get to the venue?

ITC Windsor, Bengaluru. You should be able to navigate on Google Maps with a quick search (like this). Once you reach, please head to the Westminster Hall on the First Floor.

Is the event indoors?

Yes, the entire celebration will be held indoors in a climate-controlled environment.

Is parking available?

Yes. Valet parking is available at the venue for all our guests.

What should I wear?

Comfort is key! There's no formal dress code. Just wear what makes you happy. The celebration starts at 5:00 PM and wraps up by 9:00 PM.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?

Certainly. Please mention any dietary preferences, allergies, or restrictions during your RSVP, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them thoughtfully.

Who should I contact on the day of the event?

Closer to the celebration, you’ll be added to a WhatsApp group for easy coordination, updates, and assistance throughout the event.
